WONDERY recently completed the delivery of a WDL260414 cart-type resistance heating furnace. Designed for quenching, annealing, and other heat treatments of metal parts under 1200 ℃, the project focused on balancing loading convenience for large workpieces with high thermal uniformity and energy efficiency.
To address potential temperature gradients in the 4-meter chamber:
Circulation System: Equipped with 2 sets of high-temperature stirring fans at the top to force air circulation, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the loading area.
Control Precision: Managed by a Japanese Shimaden SRS13A industrial PID controller and a 7-inch touchscreen, achieving a control accuracy of ±1 ℃ and supporting real-time process curve storage.
To minimize energy loss at ultra-high operating temperatures:
Lining Construction: Utilizes Shandong Luyang aluminosilicate fiber blocks secured by a steel frame.
Structural Advantage: Fibers are laid in layers and stacked alternately to eliminate "thermal bridge" short circuits. This lightweight structure offers low thermal conductivity and minimal thermal mass, significantly shortening ramp-up times.
Shell Design: The furnace shell, reinforced with Q235-A steel plates and heavy channel steel, ensures the exterior wall temperature remains within safe limits even at 1200 ℃.
Trolley Mechanism: The heavy-duty steel trolley frame is powered by a Changzhou Xiweide cycloidal reducer, ensuring smooth entry/exit and precise positioning.
Sealing Technology: The concave-frame furnace door features layered fiber insulation and an automated pressing device to prevent heat leakage. The furnace bottom plate is cast from Cr25Ni20 (310S grade) heat-resistant steel to resist deformation and oxidation.
Material Standards: Heating elements are made of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-performance alloy, offering superior temperature resistance and oxidation life compared to standard alloys.
Installation: Secured by specialized high-alumina ceramic screws, elements are arranged on the side walls and trolley floor to provide surrounding radiant heat.
Effective Working Dimensions: 4.0 × 1.05 × 0.85 m (L × W × H).
Design Temperature: 1200 ℃.
Automation: Supports timed data saving and printing (minimum 5-minute intervals), with integrated over-temperature alarms and mechanical interlock protections.
Scope of Supply: Includes furnace body, loading trolley, control cabinet, heating elements, and complete technical documentation.
