This side-pool melting furnace represents a leap forward from traditional designs, offering a turnkey, highly efficient system that dramatically increases aluminum recovery rates while reducing energy consumption and slag production.

The core innovation lies in its single-chamber design with an integrated side-pool and vortex feeding well. Unlike conventional furnaces that expose light scrap to open flames, our system uses a closed-loop process. A mechanical molten aluminum pump circulates high-temperature metal from the main chamber into a vortex well, where pre-processed thin scrap is continuously fed and submerged for rapid, oxygen-limited melting. This method virtually eliminates open-flame contact, significantly reducing oxidation burn-off from traditional highs of 20% to minimal levels. The melted material then flows back to the main furnace for temperature homogenization.

Key to the system's performance is the advanced 2500kW Regenerative Combustion System. This technology preheats combustion air using waste heat from exhaust gases, achieving exceptional thermal efficiency and ensuring energy savings of over 30% compared to standard burners. The entire melting process is governed by a PLC-based automatic control system that manages temperature, air-fuel ratio, furnace pressure, and safety protocols with precision.
