The core of this galvanizing production line is a large-capacity zinc pot with internal dimensions of 11m (L) × 1.5m (W) × 2.0m (H) , holding 200 tons of zinc. It achieves a maximum hourly capacity of 6.7 tons, suitable for continuous industrial operation. Unlike gas-fired systems, this electric galvanizing furnace uses 1200 kW of electric heating (expandable to 1500 kW with flux tank heating), eliminating on-site combustion and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Key environmentally friendly galvanizing features include:

  • An enclosed acid mist treatment room with negative pressure to prevent acid gas leakage.

  • A dual-stage acid fume exhaust system (scrubber tower + neutralization tower) with automatic pH control.

  • Taiwan Taie SCR zero-position power controllers with soft start function to avoid current surges.

  • PID temperature controllers maintaining zinc bath temperature at 438–450°C with ±1°C accuracy.

  • A 10-inch touchscreen for real-time monitoring of temperature, power consumption, and three-phase current balance.

Additional features include an online weighing system, fully automatic ferric acid removal equipment for the flux solution, and optional waste acid regeneration equipment (sulfuric acid method) enabling zero-emission recycling of hydrochloric acid.
