The RJ2-45-6 pit-type tempering furnace, provided by WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is a batch-type electric resistance furnace designed for tempering and stress-relief heat treatment of metal and alloy components at operating temperatures below 650℃. This model is ideal for small to medium-sized workpieces requiring high thermal uniformity and reliable process repeatability.

Equipped with a forced circulation fan and an internal air guiding system, the furnace ensures temperature uniformity within ±5℃ across the working zone. The temperature control system adopts a Shimaden PID controller with SCR power regulation, offering ±1℃ control accuracy. The 10.1-inch touchscreen interface supports over-temperature alarms, historical data logging, recipe storage, and screenshot functions for enhanced process management.

The furnace body features a robust steel frame with a ≥3mm outer plate and a composite lining of refractory fiber from Shandong Luyang. The 240mm insulation thickness ensures low heat loss and an exterior wall temperature rise of no more than 35℃. Heating elements are made from high-grade 0Cr25Al5 resistance alloy strips, arranged around the furnace cavity for uniform heat distribution and easy maintenance.

The furnace lid is electrically lifted and includes an air-cooled centrifugal fan with a 0Cr25Ni20 heat-resistant steel shaft. A 304 stainless steel air duct and sand-sealing structure between the lid and body further improve thermal efficiency and durability.

Key electrical components, including contactors and circuit breakers, are sourced from reputable brands such as Delixi. The control cabinet is manufactured in compliance with international electrical standards, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
